HOUSE RULES

This property shares the section with another holiday property, Waikanae Beach Abode. The homes are separated by a fence and share only the entrance to the driveway. Please respect the privacy of other guests and do not cross to the other side of the fence unless you have booked both properties. 

We’re located in a residential neighbourhood, so please be considerate of our neighbours and keep noise to a respectful level, particularly in the evenings and early mornings.

Smoking inside the property and the use of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Any breach of this rule may result in a decontamination and specialist cleaning charge of $1,000 or more, depending on the remediation required.

Please do not host parties or gatherings.

Pets should be approved and included on the booking reservation. Please bring their bedding and food bowls with them.
